Product Warranty

We're committed to providing high-quality industrial network & test equipment and tools that meet your needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty for its electronic products to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, and if proof of purchase cannot be provided, a warranty period start date may be assigned by RTN Systems. The limited warranty applies only when the product is purchased through an authorized distributor. Only the product and its internal parts are covered under the limited warranty. External parts such as external power supplies, modules, and other accessories may be covered under separate warranties.

Warranties on products that are discontinued will be limited to a period of (2) years from the end of the sale date. Please note that normal wear and tear, damage, abuse, theft, loss, neglect, or alterations are not covered.

RTN Systems' liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. To obtain repair or replacement, goods must be returned to the authorized distributor or RTN Systems. RTN Systems will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

To request warranty or for warranty information, please contact us using the form below. You must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. A Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) is required, and RTN systems may reject or return product(s) returned without accessories or an assigned case number. Documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package to be returned for warranty.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. Please note that RTN systems is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.

Please be advised that RTN Systems has no obligation to replace any products that are no longer covered under warranty. If RTN systems, in its sole and absolute discretion, chooses to replace your product that is not covered by warranty, RTN systems may charge a service fee.

RTN Systems reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, modify, and amend this warranty policy at any time.
