Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please go to https://account.rtnsystems.com for a quick self-serve return. Alternatively, you can send an email to customer service at Sales@RTNsystems.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, in certain circumstances, we will provide you with a shipping label. If not, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Sales@RTNsystems.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Consulting or service charges

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
